Due to the constant changes in the environment, we often hear about the importance of grit. But without an examination of beliefs, motivation, and one’s ability to influence, what do we really have? People are becoming more burned out, disengaged in their work, unhealthy in their thoughts and choices, and looking for jobs outside your organization.

what is it?
Typically, this program is offered as a live full-day workshop—which is still available upon request! However, due to COVID-19, the interactive learning portion of the program is now able to be delivered virtually via Zoom.
Once you hit the racetrack (of your choice!), you will put your own grit to the test with your ability to navigate the unknown and manage uncertainty. Once you come off the track, we will come back together to debrief regarding your driving experience and how it relates to leading your teams to finish strong.
This learning adventure is designed using the 4MAT model to create more dynamic, engaging learning that results in greater retention and appreciation. 4MAT blends discussion, information, coaching and self-discovery methods of learning and application.
