well-being

what types of coaching are there?

There are two main types of coaching—situational coaching or seasonal coaching. Situational coaching helps a client work through a specific situation, while seasonal coaching helps to move a client (or team) through a particular season and get to a desired state in their future.

What is an EPDR Coach's Responsibility?

  • Discover, clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve

  • Encourage self-discovery by remaining open and curious

  • Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies

  • Ask for permission before suggesting a solution or strategy

I’ve known Molly Nece for years. Leadership, mentorship, and bringing out the best in others is what she does! Very few people have the innate gift and ability to hear your passions, vision, dreams, and concerns – and then quickly turn them into concrete, actionable items and steps to make them a reality or resolve the issue(s). Molly has an infectious spirit, energy, and love for making a difference, one person, team, project, and company at a time!  Molly will illuminate the world with her giftedness, and I’m grateful to be a part of her journey.
