who is it for?

This program is easily customizable to shift from individual one-word intentions to those of a team. A billowing cloud canvas will hold not only the Team One Word uncovered collectively, but also hold all the team’s individual one word intentions so that support and encouragement can take place as a collective.

what is it?
Typically, this program is offered as a three-hour, in-person workshop—which is still available upon request! In the past, Molly has facilitated this program for groups up to 120 people. However, due to COVID-19, the interactive learning portion of the program is now able to be delivered virtually via Zoom. You can ask Molly to supply the materials you need to paint, or she can give you the supply list for you to purchase on your own.
This learning adventure is designed using the 4MAT model to create more dynamic, engaging learning that results in greater retention and appreciation. 4MAT blends discussion, information, coaching and self-discovery methods of learning and application.
